Bahan :
1/2 ekor ayam
1 liter kaldu ayam
2 buah wortel, potong dadu
3 buah sosis ayam, potong bulat
50 gr kentang, potong dadu
100 gr makaroni rebus

Bumbu : 

 

1 sdt garam
1 sdt merica
1/2 sdt pala bubuk
4 siung bawang putih, haluskan
1 sdm bawang goreng
2 batang seledri, ikat simpul

BUMBU HALUS:

2 siung bawang putih
2 ruas jari kunyit
2 bh star anis/kembang lawang
2 ruas jahe, memarkan
200 gr kerang dara/kerang hijau
10 bh udang pancet, kupas kulit
3 bh cumi potong-potong
1 buah jeruk nipis
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdm minyak
